Our Coffee

Geisha

is a high-end coffee variety that originated in Ethiopia and is now primarily grown in Panama. It is known for its delicate, floral aroma and complex flavor profile that includes notes of jasmine, bergamot, and tropical fruit. Geisha is typically grown at very high altitudes and is considered to be one of the most desirable and expensive coffee varieties in the world.

Java

Java is a coffee variety that originated on the island of Java in Indonesia. It is a low-acid, full-bodied coffee with a rich, earthy flavor profile. Java is typically grown at high altitudes and is known for its smooth, mellow taste. It is often used in blends and is considered to be a classic coffee variety.

Catuai

Catuai is a hybrid coffee variety that was developed in Brazil in the 1950s by crossing Mundo Novo and Caturra coffee varieties. It is a high-yield, disease-resistant plant that produces a mild, balanced coffee with a medium body and a bright, fruity acidity. Catuai is typically grown at high altitudes in Central and South America and is often used in blends. There are two varieties of Catuai - yellow and red, and they are known for their sweetness and chocolatey notes. Catuai is a popular variety due to its high yield and resistance to diseases.

Pink Bourbon is a rare and highly sought-after coffee variety that originated in Colombia. It is a hybrid of the Red and Yellow Bourbon varieties and is known for its unique flavor profile that includes notes of citrus, caramel, and red fruit. Pink Bourbon is typically grown at high altitudes and is considered to be a specialty coffee that is only produced in limited quantities.

Typica

Typica is a coffee variety that is believed to be one of the oldest and most traditional coffee varieties in the world. It originated in Ethiopia and was later introduced to other countries, including Central and South America. Typica is a low-yield plant that produces a mild, sweet coffee with a medium body and a low acidity. It is often used in blends and is considered to be a classic coffee variety.​
